Your Mission
To educate, consult, support, and enrol suitable applicants into innovative Career Accelerator programs, delivering exceptional service, customer experience, and sales performance as part of a global team.
Key Responsibilities
* Guide prospective students through application and enrolment processes
* Influence customer decisions using sales skills and intuition to drive enrolments
* Contact leads via phone, email, and video within structured strategies
* Utilise CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage and optimise the student journey
* Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service
* Collaborate with sales and support teams for smooth onboarding
* Promote partner brand value and programme benefits
* Participate in training, upskilling, and projects for continuous improvement
* Encourage referrals to grow student numbers
Requirements
What you need to succeed
* At least 3 years of sales experience in high-value consumer services or products; experience in education is a plus
* Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs with strong sales results
* Excellent communication skills across phone, video, and written formats
* Attention to detail and accurate CRM data entry
* Customer-first mindset ensuring outstanding prospective student experience
* Proactive problem-solving skills, resilience, and persistence in a target-driven environment
