About The Role
As the largest independent provider of NHS services, Practice Plus Group is delivering a new model of Integrated Urgent Care that reduces pressures on services and staff. By bringing together NHS 111, clinical assessment, and other urgent care services, we enable patients to access the right care, at the right time, in the right place.
We are recruiting and looking for ambitious and committed Paramedics and Pharmacists to join our service. We offer digital consultations. You’ll be working autonomously within your sphere of competency and be part of a friendly, close-knit multi-skilled professional team that includes GPs, ANPs, UCPs, mental health and dental nurses, and pharmacy advisors.
You will be involved in providing an enhanced assessment, triage, referral, and/or treatment of a wide range of patients, utilising relevant evidence-based practice, local guidelines, and organisational procedures. You will provide appropriate care based on patient need, ensuring patients receive a timely and suitable response.
We are proud of our strong, stable infrastructure that ensures clinical safety and provides round-the-clock senior level support and guidance. You will be able to keep your skills up to date with a CPD programme. You will benefit from regular supervision and educational events, including case discussions, learning, and clinical updates.
