We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician to join a respected high end independent specialist garage in Tunbridge Wells. This is a stable, full-time role with excellent work-life balance, modern facilities, and a team that values quality repairs over volume targets.

The Role – Vehicle Technician
As a Vehicle Technician, you will:
* Carry out vehicle diagnostics and fault-finding
* Perform servicing, maintenance, and MOT preparation
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
* Complete repairs and performance upgrades
* Work to high standards and manufacturer specifications
* Maintain accurate job cards and service documentation
* Work independently and as part of a skilled workshop team
Candidate Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Confident working on modern vehicles and complex systems
* Ability to work independently in an independent garage environment
* Passion for automotive engineering and performance vehicles
* Full UK driving licence preferred
