We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, we have a brand new team in place and we're looking for someone to put their own stamp on our food and join us on this journey. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality while creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
* Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
* Plan and execute menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
* Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock without over-purchasing.
* Maintain equipment and kitchen facilities, ensuring they are in good working order.
* Stay updated on industry trends to continually enhance menu offerings.
