Aviation Engineering Lead
We are seeking a highly experienced Aviation Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide CRS signatures for release to service after scheduled and rectification work has been completed in accordance with current EASA Part M and Part 145 approvals.
* Carry out maintenance tasks with applicable regulations, engineering procedures, and approved technical documentation.
* Evaluate maintenance tasks performed by engineers and ensure they are inspected and certified accordingly.
* Verify that all documentation required for certification and technical control are fully and correctly completed.
* Work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
* Maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and staff.
Requirements:
* A valid Part 66 Category B1 Licence is mandatory.
* Type Rating on Cessna and Piper is essential, experience on Diamond and Tecnam is preferred.
* Human Factors Certification is a requirement.
* A driver's license and personal vehicle are necessary.
* Superior communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required.
* Familiarity with team-based environments and supervisory roles is beneficial.
