* Hourly Rate: £12.26 per hour
* Contract: 33 hours per week, 3 shifts per week, flexibility required, no set shifts
* Shifts: 8am - 8pm

Responsibilities as a Care Practitioner:
* Participate in required training to advance your skills
* Support residents with personal care, daily routines, and engagement in activities
* Provide emotional support and companionship
