Job Description:
Airline companies are transforming from mere airline operators into Travel Retailers. To support this industry transformation, IBS Software seeks a knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide insights and guide product teams. The SME will work with Product Owners, Teams, and the Product Head to analyze current and future processes related to OOSD.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expertise in domain areas to enable product solutions.
* Conduct research on industry trends and developments.
* Identify airline process improvements and suggest solutions.
* Assist in product documentation, reviews, and presentations; conduct webinars and workshops.
* Collaborate on customer support needs and issues.
* Participate in industry events and customer engagements.
Experience and Skills:
* 15-20 years of airline process experience in offer, order, settle, and delivery domains.
* Experience as a Product Owner/Consultant driving product solutions.
* Deep understanding of Airline Retailing, Offer & Order, PSS domains.
* Hands-on technical experience.
* Stakeholder management skills across industry, senior leadership, and product teams.
* Industry presence through conferences, panels, etc.
