The Role
As a Customer Success Manager at Paiger, you'll be the champion for our customers' success. You'll ensure they achieve their goals using our platform while driving retention and growth within your portfolio.
Initial Phase: Product Specialist (3-6 months)
- Master the Paiger platform inside and out
- Learn how to effectively train and onboard customers
- Understand the recruitment industry's unique challenges
- Build relationships with the wider Paiger team
- Shadow experienced CSMs to learn best practices
Full CSM Role
- Manage a portfolio of recruitment agency customers
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure customers achieve measurable success with Paiger
- Work proactively to identify and address potential churn risks
- Collaborate with sales on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Drive Net Revenue Retention by identifying expansion opportunities
- Become a trusted advisor to your customers
What We're Looking For
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Experience in customer success, account management, or client services
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Understanding of recruitment industry (beneficial but not essential)
- Strong presentation and training capabilities
- Data-driven approach to measuring customer health
- Ability to balance relationship management with commercial awareness
