Key Responsibilities: Sales Administration: Ensure all sales administration, enquiries, and customer service tasks are executed efficiently. Business Development: Contribute to the company's profitability, cash flow, and return on investment. Sales Planning: Develop individual sales plans for operations and sales colleagues. Team Development: Encourage and develop the internal sales team to enhance operational performance. Reporting: Provide detailed sales reports and activities to improve progress. Customer Communication: Maintain clear and accurate communications with customers. Data Management: Manage stock, customer data, sales patterns, and forecasting. Business Expansion: Identify new business opportunities from existing customers. Order Processing: Process and follow up on enquiries, tenders, and quotations to maximise business potential.
