Duties & Responsibilities: Drive production of company valuations and merger & acquisition transaction comparisons based on research findings and client analysis Prepare, analyse and explain historical and projected financial information Lead the preparation of materials to support a high velocity of interactions with Industrial sector companies and investors Assist in the preparation of information memoranda, transaction-related documentation and client presentations Perform in-depth quantitative financial analysis as it pertains to business, industry and economic forecasting Required skills: You will be an Associate level M&A professional and will have accrued training and investment banking experience within a well-regarded investment bank or boutique You will possess a solid understanding of the sell-side M&A process, along with proven experience in successfully executing deals Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities are required Experience advising financial sponsors is advantageous.
