Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £13.35 an hour; this increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you wish to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we also have opportunities for you and would still love to hear from you.

Availability Window
* Sunday: 18:00‑22:00
* Monday: 14:00‑19:00
* Wednesday: 09:00‑19:00
* Thursday: 09:00‑19:00
* Saturday: 18:00‑22:00
We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and give you three weeks’ notice when your shifts will be. We support flexibility, so if your availability matches closely but not exactly, we would still love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the van and trays are clean and tidy.
* Leave the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish, and pick up litter as needed.
* Participate in the tray wash process.
* Load the van, checking it for roadworthiness.
* Communicate with the customer about order changes, short code items, substitutions, and offer refunds where necessary.
* Treat products and deliveries with care, as if they were your own.
* Explain to the customer that they will not be charged for substitutions.
* Deliver during the customer’s time slot.
* Call the customer before arriving if early.
* Call the store or centre if running 30 or more minutes late.
What You’ll Need
* Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit.
* Be warm and welcoming in interactions with customers and colleagues.
* Act quickly to respond to changing customer needs and embrace change.
* Be energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations.
* Share ideas with your Manager and colleagues on improving the store for customers.
* Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
