Real Estate Solicitor NQ-2 - Cambridge
This leading UK firm is seeking an Associate to join their highly regarded Real Estate team. They are looking for a diligent and motivated Associate to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for real estate law to develop their skills within a dynamic and collaborative team.
Responsibilities
* Supporting senior team members in handling a range of commercial property transactions
* Conducting legal research and drafting documents related to real estate matters
* Liaising with clients and building strong professional relationships
* Assisting with due diligence and the negotiation of property contracts
* Contributing to the overall success of the real estate department
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor with 0-2 years' post-qualification experience
* Strong academic background and a keen interest in real estate law
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Day-to-Day
* Collaborating with partners and associates to assist in the progression of real estate matters
* Attending client meetings and providing legal advice on property transactions
* Managing a caseload of real estate files with supervision from senior colleagues
* Keeping abreast of developments in real estate law and actively participating in training initiatives
* Engaging in business development activities and networking within the local community
