The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section and play an important role in the day-to-day success of the kitchen.
You will:
* Run your section confidently during prep and service
* Deliver consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
* Maintain excellent organisation and mise en place
* Support junior members of the brigade where required
* Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
* Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
* Contribute positively to the culture and standards of the kitchen
