In this role, you’ll lead by example, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and a seamless stay. What You’ll Do: Supervise daily front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest queries. Support and coach the front office team to deliver exceptional service. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Collaborate with departments like Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to meet guest needs. Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and health & safety procedures. Use systems like Opera and Marriott Bonvoy to manage bookings and guest profiles. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a front office or guest services role (supervisory experience preferred). Excellent communication and leadership skills. A proactive, guest-first attitude with strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera or similar) is a plus. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
