Who are we looking for
We're seeking a talented, dynamic Associate Partner (Project Management) to join our growing team in Gloucester. If you’re ready for career progression, greater visibility, and the chance to make a real impact, this is an opportunity to thrive in a business that both challenges and supports you.
Impact
You want to be part of something that matters and care about creating positive change for clients, communities, and the environment.
Imagination
You’re curious and open‑minded, always looking for new ideas and better ways of doing things.
Authenticity
You’re honest, genuine, and collaborative, valuing a culture where people can be true to themselves.
We're looking for someone with solid experience in a construction consultancy environment, confidence in client delivery, and the ambition to grow their career.
In terms of experience, we’re specifically looking for someone who has previously worked on programmes involving material movement and strategic land, ideally supporting or working directly with housing developers. A mixed sector background with consultancy experience would be strongly preferred.
What is it like to work in this office?
Working from our Gloucester office means being part of a busy, friendly team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors who work closely together and support each other day to day. There’s a strong office culture and a real sense of momentum, with people regularly in the office, sharing ideas, problem‑solving together and getting stuck into projects as a team. We believe that being present in the office really matters as it helps build relationships, develop skills, and create a positive, engaging place to work.
You’ll work closely alongside the Gloucester Project Management Partner, playing an active role in shaping the direction and future growth of the office. You’ll also support and develop future talent, including mentoring apprentices as they build their careers.
