We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Aftermarket Project Management Team within a leading engineering and technology-driven organisation. This role is key to ensuring smooth project execution, strong communication, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily administrative support to Project Managers and engineering teams
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and track actions
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, reports, and dashboards
• Coordinate travel, site visits, and stakeholder meetings
• Support aftermarket orders, quotations, shipments, and warranty documentation
• Liaise with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Service teams
• Act as a central point of contact for project-related administrative queries
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role (engineering/technical environment preferred)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable:
• Experience supporting project teams or PMO
• Familiarity with ERP or project tools (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, MS Project)
• Exposure to aftermarket, service operations, or spare parts coordination
