HR & Training Coordinator Up to £28,000 Hybrid very flexible Northampton Permanent In this role you will support the HR team across the entirety of the employee lifecycle; recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, HR process and systems and employee communications. Youll enjoy a varied workload that could see you jumping from inductions and pay to supporting the growth of the apprenticeship scheme and recruitment. You will support projects such as the 2024 Apprenticeship project, cyclical projects such as pay review, external benchmarking and supplier review for pensions and benefits and continuous improvement projects focused on systems and process. What experience do you need to have? Youll need to a bright, level headed HR Administrator or coordinator who is comfortable working with autonomy in a hybrid environment. You can expect to spend at least 1 day a week with the HR team but will predominantly work with them remotely, as well as supporting colleagues from the office or remotely so the ability to communicate effectively in both scenarios and maintain a well organised diary is essential. Experience with payroll, L&D, onboarding or basic HR advice would be super but we fully expect to not get all the boxes ticked we do need to offer you some development of course
