Finance & Office Administrator required to join a social care head office, working alongside a small, friendly team who are proud of their collaborative and values-led culture. Join a growing care provider as a a full-time, office-based Finance and Office Administrator to support their central support function. This role is ideal for someone with strong finance admin experience who enjoys a varied role, is confident using Sage, and thrives in a busy and fast-paced office environment. This is a newly reshaped role and offers the opportunity to work closely with the company directors and play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the business. The Role As Finance and Office Administrator, you will manage invoice processing, supplier coordination, expense tracking, and Sage data entry. You'll also support with general office administration, purchasing tasks, service contract checks, and liaison with suppliers. Key Responsibilities Reconcile petty cash and process expenses Download invoices from supplier portals and enter into Sage Match invoices to quotes and ensure agreed pricing is charged Chase outstanding credits and manage supplier relationships Maintain purchase orders and authorisation records File and manage service certificates and contract dates Handle day-to-day purchasing, obtaining quotes where needed Provide general administrative support to the office and wider care teams Ideal Candidate Profile Experience in finance administration, ideally with Sage Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams Highly organised and confident managing multiple admin tasks Strong attention to detail and good communication skills Experience working in social care or similar sectors Working Pattern & Benefits Office-based role, Monday to Friday Hours: 9am to 5pm Based in Radlett, easily accessible by public transport Supportive and close-knit team environment Long-term opportunity to grow with the business Interested?
