First Team Physiotherapist
London Area
£60-75k + package
I'm working with a global sporting organisation in London who are looking to recruit a first team physiotherapist to join their team.
This is a key hire for the performance department of a high-achieving first team, responsible for delivery of first-class physiotherapy services.
Responsibilities:
* Delivery of first-class physiotherapy services to senior players
* Provide physiotherapy input to ensure players remain available to play to their potential
* Manage caseload of players effectively and efficiently
* Participate in the departmental personal development and performance review system to promote personal and service developments
* Demonstrate continuous development of clinical knowledge and skills to ensure delivery of care in conjunction with CSP and HCPC standards
* Maintain patient documentation, records and accurate statistical information to reflect care provided and meet professional standards.
* Provide pre-game and pitch-side medical support services at training and games as required.
* Oversee rehabilitation programmes for injured players. Ensuring the highest standard and requirements are met.
Candidate Specification:
* 6-10 years experience in a physiotherapy role in sport
* BSc in Physiotherapy
* HCPC registered
* Previous experience working with high-performing athletes and injury management
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop credible and effective working relationships.
* Ability to work flexibly across weekends and out of hours
* Commutable to training ground facilities and stadium, car is needed
