A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join its friendly and supportive team on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to progress their career, working alongside experienced Family Law partners with a clear route to Head of Department and Partnership.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, including:
* Divorce and financial matters
* Cohabitation and separation agreements
* Pre and Post-Nuptial Agreements
* Family Law Act matters
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualification as a solicitor with a valid practising certificate
* Strong knowledge of Family Law, including Matrimonial and Children Act matters
* Excellent communication, client care, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in court hearings and advocacy (desirable but not essential)
* A proactive approach and an ambition to progress
