Part time - 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

What You'll Be Doing
* Processing customer quotes and orders with precision and care
* Handling inbound calls & emails, ensuring every customer receives first-class support
* Building strong customer relationships - they'll know you by name!
* Upselling & cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
* Proactively following up on quotes to convert them into orders
* Managing expectations & resolving queries with confidence
* Working collaboratively to maintain our high customer experience standards
Requirements
