Join Aspirations Care – Where Every Referral is a New Beginning

As a Referral and Assessment Manager in our Business Development Team, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals with complex needs transition into their new homes and support packages. You’ll be the first face of Aspirations for many of the people we support, guiding them and their families through assessments, referrals, and transitions with compassion, confidence, and professionalism.

At Aspirations, we don’t just support people — we empower them. If you're passionate about helping individuals live in their own homes and thrive, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a driven and experienced professional who is:

1. Qualified to Degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant field (. RNLD, RNMH, Social Work, Health and Social Care, Psychology, OT)

2. Experienced in supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and/or mental health needs

3. Skilled in assessment and transition planning within health & social care

4. Adept at building strong professional relationships with individuals, families, and key stakeholders

5. Confident in managing multiple referrals, deadlines, and priorities with a solution-focused mindset

6. Able to travel across the Midlands and North West (overnight stays required occasionally)

️ A Day in the Life of a Referral and Assessment Manager

You’ll be the key contact for new referrals — assessing individual needs, designing tailored transition plans, and collaborating with operational teams to implement high-quality support. From tracking enquiries and managing stakeholder communication, to delivering assessment reports and supporting service development, this is a dynamic and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
