As Hotel Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, training and motivating a team to deliver fabulous service with the customer at the heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities
* Lead, recruit, train and motivate a housekeeping team to deliver high-quality service.
* Drive cleanliness standards across the hotel to ensure a positive guest experience.
* Step in to support the team when needed and demonstrate a hands-on approach.
* Ensure health and safety compliance is followed.
* Manage operations with a focus on delivering a fantastic first and last impression to guests.
Qualifications
* Motivational leader who thrives under pressure.
* Aspires to spot the differences and notice something out of place as soon as you walk into a room.
* Experience delivering a strong guest experience and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
* Previous experience in a similar environment.
* Ability to jump in and support the team at any time.
* Hands-on approach; this is not an office role.
