NES Fircroft is supporting a global O&G client in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, with a ROV Crewing Coordinator role.
This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will manage crewing assignments across all ROV worksites (locally & globally) and projects, working closely with the ROV Personnel Supervisor.

Ideally, candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the O&G industry. Previous HR training experience and knowledge of international employment rules & regulations would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Interface with Project Managers, Offshore Superintendents, and Personnel Logistics Coordinators regarding crew mobilization, selection, availability, and feedback.
2. Ensure compliance with UK Limited ROV Personnel Competence Scheme (CAAS).
3. Support Personnel Logistics Coordinators with the mobilization/demobilization of ROV crews according to project requirements.
4. Coordinate with Project and ROV Teams, HR, and Training/CAAS Teams to ensure all certificates, competencies, and training are met, following protocols.
5. Develop and maintain an understanding of individual ROV employee strengths.
6. Conduct regular meetings and visits to foster relationships with other entities.
7. Advise management on employment issues raised by ROV employees.
8. Assist the ROV Personnel Supervisor in updating the crewing system to assign staff and agency personnel across all worksites.
