Salary: £110,000 - 121,000 per year Requirements: Good honours degree in Engineering, Science, Maths or equivalent experience (e.g., IIBA Diploma, relevant apprenticeship)/n- Experience in conducting or supporting requirements analysis and management activities for large and/or complex organisations and systems/service architectures/n- Understanding of the role and application of requirements analysis, requirements management, and architecture in the systems engineering lifecycle/n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to discern critical facts and avoid unnecessary complexity/n- Ability to build relationships and develop credibility with stakeholders/n- Collaborative working style focused on delivering outcomes/n- Knowledge and experience of applying service orientation, ideally within the ITIL service lifecycle/n- Good understanding of the air traffic domain or similar related domains and technologies/n- Experience of using Requirements Management tools, such as DOORS (desirable)/n- Understanding of the NATS operating environment and strategic intent/objectives (highly desirable) Responsibilities: Develop requirements in support of delivery objectives following the Requirements Management (RM) methodology/n- Support implementation and continuous improvement activities through training development and delivery/n- Create RM plans tailored to stakeholder needs ensuring a clear, consistent approach/n- Support the adoption of RM approaches across NATS for effective application/n- Work in teams to develop solution-level requirements that align with business needs and are clearly communicated/n- Manage work packages independently in projects as required/n- Interact with a diverse range of stakeholders to identify and resolve complex issues and interdependencies across projects/n- Ensure that changes and issues are managed in line with overall goals and guidance provided by department leads and project managers Technologies: Support ITIL NATS Project Manager More: NATS is the UKs leading air navigation service provider, handling over 2.4 million flights each year.
