This role is based in Sheffield and involves collaborating with the Housing team. You will primarily support the Tenancy Enforcement and Communities Teams, with the potential to support other teams across the business.

Role overview

You will provide a comprehensive administrative service for the Housing Management and Tenancy Enforcement Team, giving advice and information to internal and external customers via phone and email, and delivering high-quality customer service throughout.

Your duties include a range of administrative tasks from updating and managing IT systems and tenancy records to logging and investigating complaints from customers. You will have contact with customers and internal departments to enable us to provide high-quality customer service and administrative support.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have a good administration background and excellent customer service skills. With a Can do approach to tasks you will be able to work under pressure and unsupervised, as well as contribute to a positive team environment. You will be empathetic with customers and their situations and take a proactive approach to problem solving.
