YOUR ROLE
In this role within our Consumer Products and Retail team, you will develop senior and trusted relationships with both existing and new clients. Leveraging our extensive network within Invent and the broader firm, you will engage directly with clients to share your vision for the industry’s future and craft compelling solutions to meet their needs.
You will be part of a diverse, ambitious industry team that is rapidly growing, fostering a supportive and energetic Consumer Products and Retail community. Additionally, you will take ownership or lead focus accounts within our portfolio to sell and deliver next-generation strategy and transformation consulting services.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Building trusted relationships with existing and new clients
* Demonstrating sector and subsector expertise and knowledge
* Effectively selling and delivering strategic and transformative consulting solutions
* Supporting sector financial growth
* Contributing to team and community growth and expansion
You will also have opportunities to contribute to business development, internal initiatives, and your personal growth through activities such as proposal leadership, campaign development, training, and certifications.
YOUR PROFILE
* Strong experience in selling and delivering within the consumer products and/or retail sector, with expertise in marketing, commercial, operations, or supply chain aspects
* Current employment in a major consulting firm or industry with a consulting background; proven success in a matrixed organization
* Experience in proposition building and delivery
* Business development - utilizing relationships and networks to generate approximately £2m (Director) / £4m (Vice President) in consulting revenues

While the role is based in London, Manchester, or Glasgow, flexibility regarding assignment location is required, as travel may be involved.
