About Our Client

Job Description
3. Processing and filing of weekly/monthly payroll, CIS submissions, year-end reports
4. Monthly pension reporting along with EPS and FPS
5. Liaising with HMRC and clients
6. Handle payroll related enquiries and resolve any issues
7. Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
8. Assist with the day to day running of the business
9. Knowledge of SSP, SMP, PAYE, NI and CIS
10. Preparation and submission of VAT returns
11. Bank reconciliations and control accounts
12. Opportunity to Prepare accounts to trial balance
13. Other ad hoc administration duties when required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Bookkeeper should have:
14. A solid educational background in Finance, Accounting or a relevant field.
15. Proven experience in payroll and accounts roles.
16. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
17. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office. (Sage beneficial)
18. Strong communication and organisational skills.
