We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Commercial Sales Representative - Meatto join our growing team in the pet food sector and to buid our presence on UK market. This role focuses on developing and managing B2B relationships for meat-based raw materials supplied to pet food manufacturers. If you understand meat trading, protein markets, and the dynamics of the pet food industry and thrive in a results-driven sales environment we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow sales of meat and meat by-products to pet food manufacturers Identify new business opportunities in domestic and export markets Manage and expand relationships with existing customers Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements Monitor market trends in protein commodities and pet food demand Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery Achieve and exceed sales targets and margin objectives Represent the company at industry trade shows and events Required Experience & Skills Proven experience in meat trading, protein sales, or pet food raw materials Strong understanding of meat supply chains (fresh, frozen, rendered products, offal, etc.) Existing network within pet food manufacturing is highly desirable Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills Ability to manage margins and commodity price fluctuations Self-motivated and target-driven Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel as required What We Offer Competitive base salary performance-based commission Company car or car allowance Pension and benefits package Opportunity to work in a growing and resilient sector Career progression opportunities
