Receptionist Industry: Property Location: Newport, Isle of Wight Hours: 10am - 3pm Monday - Thursday, 10am - 1pm Friday Days: Monday - Friday Duration: Monday 9th - Monday 16th March 2026 Duties: Providing front of house and customer service duties, Telephonist duties, taking messages, emailing correspondence, Booking appointments, diary management and sending confirmations, Booking ferry travel, Stock control and stationery ordering. Experience: Must have previous administrative and customer services experience, previous reception experience preferred. Must have a good level of computer literacy on MS Office and the ability to learn new software. Must be able to work well on own initiative, to instructions as well as part of a team.
