They are looking for someone with 3‑4 years’ experience in NPD, ideally with experience working with UK retailers. You’ll need strong project management skills, including ownership of critical paths, and be familiar with retailer systems. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
