M4 Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a well-established family-run business in Cricklade, who are seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join their growing team. Due to the location, having your own transport is essential unless you live locally.
Working Hours:Monday toFriday(08:3016:30)
Key Responsibilities:
Front-of-house and reception duties (phone and face-to-face), acting as the first point of contact and confidently supporting customer enquiries
Assisting with incoming deliveries and outgoing goods, including customer and courier collections
General office administration such as filing, raising purchase orders, managing post and stationery
Monthly accounting tasks, including entering sales invoices and supporting credit control activities
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
About You:
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
Proven experience with invoicing, bookkeeping, or accounting tasks
Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and in person
A minimum of 2 years experience in a busy office-based administrative role
