One YMCA Youth Clubs offer safe, engaging spaces for young people aged 9–18 to connect, learn, and grow. We are seeking a dynamic Youth Work Coordinator to lead the development of our Bedford Town Centre Youth Clubs and activities. You’ll take the lead on setting up new clubs, coordinating sessions, supporting staff and volunteers, and working closely with local partners and stakeholders. You’ll play a vital role in shaping positive opportunities for young people, helping them build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging. This role involves working approximately 2–3 days per week after school, with some evening commitments as required. Additional time will be allocated for planning and administrative tasks, bringing the total to 37.5 hours per week.
