What You’ll Do:
* Supervise and support housekeeping team members to maintain top-quality cleanliness in rooms and public areas.
* Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
* Coordinate daily housekeeping operations including room assignments and shift handovers.
* Communicate effectively with other departments (Front Desk, Engineering, Laundry).
* Assist with training, coaching, scheduling, and performance feedback for team members.
* Cover Person on Duty shifts as needed.
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and security procedures.

What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant in a hotel environment.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* A proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
* Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
* Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
