Talocher School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA / Cover Supervisor to join our team. As a HLTA / Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring that students remain on task and follow the school's policies and procedures.

About the role
Key Responsibilities:
9. Supervise students in the absence of their regular teacher
10. Ensure that students complete the work set by their teacher
11. Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy
12. Provide support and assistance to students as needed
13. Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Requirements:
14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
15. Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
16. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
17. A commitment to the educational development of students
