Probate Solicitor (Hybrid working - 1 or 2 office days per week)
Locations: Bristol, Sheffield, Stratford Upon-Avon, or Manchester
Salary: £32,000 - £65,000 + Bonus
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

No prior client following is necessary, as the firm will source new work. The probate team has doubled in size recently, providing ample progression opportunities.
What your role will involve:
1. Managing your own caseload of probate cases of varying complexity from start to finish, using a case management system.
2. Ensuring accurate record-keeping within the case management system.
3. Engaging with clients primarily via telephone and email.
4. Collaborating with the team to develop your legal skills, with administrative support provided, and mentoring junior team members using your legal knowledge.
