This role is perfect for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys working independently, and is comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.What you'll do:As the Finance Manager, you will play an integral role in establishing best-in-class processes and reporting mechanisms to drive efficiency and scalability. You will manage all aspects of accounting operations while providing valuable insights into the structure of the business. Your responsibilities will also include producing detailed monthly reports on financial performance, developing financial business cases for new offerings, identifying operational improvements, and ensuring compliance with all external obligations. This role requires an individual who can work independently yet collaboratively with teams across different continents.Establish and roll-out key business processesManage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting and revenue recognitionOversee treasury management - cash flow management, including forecasting and cash collectionProvide input and analysis on the structure of the business from a tax and balance sheet efficiency perspectiveProduce monthly reports and analysis on financial performance and KPIsWork closely with heads of departments to identify and explain variances on a monthly basisAssist in efficient capture and reporting of inter-company related activitiesIdentify and address operational improvement and efficiency opportunitiesEnsure compliance with all external obligations including annual returns/filings and VAT returnsWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager role is a fully qualified accountant with proven experience in financial control and management. You should have a track record of working in similar roles within Finance, preferably having helped set-up a new business or subsidiary.
