Your Role:
As an Event Assistant, you'll help ensure guests have a smooth, enjoyable and memorable visit. Responsibilities include:
Guest Welcome & Check-In – Greeting visitors and helping them get started
Player Support – Offering guidance during the experience and answering questions
Customer Care – Ensuring every guest feels confident, included, and supported
Venue Upkeep – Keeping the space clean, safe, and ready for the next group
Team Collaboration – Staying in sync with your team and escalating issues when needed.

Friendly, positive, and confident with the public
Reliable and comfortable in busy, energetic environments
A quick learner who enjoys hands-on activity
Happy to work over the Christmas period
(Closed only on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day)
