Are you a Water Engineer or similar looking to take a step up into management and gradually move off the tools with a field-based role with one day in the office per week?

In this role, you will be organising job setups, coordinating engineer schedules, and managing daily workloads effectively. Overseeing projects end-to-end, maintaining open communication channels across the business. Moreover, the Service Manager oversees quality control measures, engages with clients to ensure their satisfaction, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service standards in water engineering.
This role would suit a Water Treatment Engineer or similar looking to step up into management, looking for a field-based role with occasional days in the office.
The Role:
* Water engineer looking to progress into management
* Oversee, install, service, and maintain water treatment systems including filters, softeners, UV units, pumps, and chemical dosing equipment
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
* Regional patch with a van and tools provided
* Occasional visits to the office
The Person:
* Experience with water systems, valves, pumps or similar
* Full UK driving license
* Looking to step up into management
