This role offers a permanent position within a successful and growing company, with opportunities across multiple departments. Main Duties - Production Operative: * Operate moulding machines correctly and safely, maintaining costed and set cycle times. * Monitor production output to ensure all components meet the required quality standards. * Pack components using the correct packaging materials, ensuring accurate labelling. * Use knives, grinders, and secondary operation equipment safely and correctly. * Accurately record production information and maintain documentation. * Follow proper start-up and shut-down procedures for machines.
