I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established 30-bed nursing home located in the centre of Bakewell, set within the beautiful Derbyshire countryside.
The service is CQC rated Good and provides a calm, welcoming, and supportive environment, with a strong focus on high‑quality, person-centred care.
The Role
As Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager and leading the clinical team to ensure excellent standards of care and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care teams
* Ensuring high standards of nursing care and clinical governance
* Supporting audits, policies, and CQC compliance
* Mentoring and developing staff
* Promoting best practice and resident wellbeing
The Ideal Candidate
* NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
* Previous senior nurse, deputy, or clinical lead experience
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance
* Confident leader with excellent communication skills
* Passionate about delivering outstanding care
