What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting the Aftersales Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service and parts departments
* Acting as a role model front-of-house — delivering exceptional service and motivating the team to do the same
* Managing workshop loading, technician productivity and customer communication
* Working closely with the manufacturer to meet all standards, KPIs and reporting expectations
* Assisting with team development, training and process improvement
What We're Looking For:
* You’ll be the best customer advisor you know — confident, customer-obsessed and process-driven
* A proven background in the motor trade, ideally in a senior service advisor or team leader role
* Ability to lead by example and support a high-performing team
* Strong communication skills, resilience, and a solutions-focused attitude
* Kerridge/CDK experience is a bonus but not essential
* A full UK driving licence
