The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and providing meaningful insight to support strategic decision-making. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Management Accountant will gain valuable exposure and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Preparation of monthly management accounts
2. Variance analysis with clear commentary
3. Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
4. Balance sheet reconciliations
5. Assisting with year-end and audit processes
6. Contributing to ongoing improvements in financial controls and processes
The Candidate
7. Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or actively studying
8. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
9. Confident communicator, able to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders
10. Proactive, driven, and keen to develop within a growing organisation
