Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Bristol
Pay Rate: £90-95 per day
Job Type: Full time/Part time
Start Date: Immediate or after your notice period

Your role:
1. Assist the class teacher in delivering effective lessons
2. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
3. Provide individual support to facilitate student learning
4. Monitor student progress and report the findings to the teacher and parents
5. Adhere to the school's policies and procedures
Desired qualities & skills:
1. Genuine passion towards child development
2. Experience in handling special needs children
3. Strong communication skills and behaviour management
4. A flexible and adaptable mindset
5. Proven professional references with clean records
6. Enhanced DBS check (we can help with this if you don't have one) and eligibility to work in the UK
7. Driving on own to the school is an advantage
