Responsibilities: As a Procurement and Distribution Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and accurate ordering of pharmaceutical supplies. You will oversee the distribution of medications to various departments, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare professionals to address medication needs, resolving any supply issues, and implementing cost-effective procurement strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the supply chain, ensuring that all medications are stored and handled according to safety protocol. Qualifications and Experience: Certified Pharmacy Technician with a valid registration. Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and distribution within a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain management. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant technologies. Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and suppliers. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety. Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in pharmaceutical procurement and distribution.
