Bar Assistant
Champneys Eastwell Manor
Part time (24 hours per week)
In this role you will provide consistent levels of excellent service, you will be courteous, professional, and have a passion for what we do.
Some duties and responsibilities include;
1. Complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and what is available for that day.
2. Stock inventory, you will need to help keep track of the bar’s supplies and ensure that everything remains satisfactory stocked.
3. Have an excellent knowledge of all beverages that are available.
4. Be fully confident and competent in how to make a large selection and variety of drinks.
5. Support other F&B outlets when required.
6. Prepare all mise-en-place required for service to ensure a smooth and efficient bar service.
7. Assist with service for meeting, events, afternoon teas and weddings that are held at the resorts.
8. To gain working knowledge of calorific values and basic nutrition in order to advise guests on their menu choices.
