Head of D2C Investment Proposition - Aviva Direct Wealth

Direct Wealth (D2C) is a vital part of Aviva’s Wealth offerings. Our vision is to simplify financial decisions for our customers, enabling confident actions. We aim to become a market leader in the D2C sector within three years, which requires a market-leading Investment Proposition that showcases the best of Aviva to retail customers.
This position offers autonomy to own the D2C investment strategy, leading with support from our Wealth & Advice Investment Centre of Excellence, including the Head of Investment Strategy and Propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Set and oversee the investment strategy for Direct Wealth, collaborating with Aviva Investors and the Wealth & Advice Investment COE.
2. Manage the suite of investment products and tools for our D2C customers, ensuring clarity, performance, and competitiveness.
3. Work with the Propositions team to ensure a high-performing retail product range that meets customer needs.
4. Review and align fund ranges with customer needs and future product offerings, including decumulation products and bonds.
5. Lead the assessment and implementation of regulatory changes affecting D2C, ensuring compliance and timely completion of due diligence and value assessments.
Desired Skills and Experience:
1. Proven leadership in delivering market-leading D2C investment propositions, with strong knowledge of SIPPs, ISAs, ETFs, and retail investment markets.
2. Credibility and confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, with excellent communication skills.
3. Customer-centric, driven, and collaborative approach.
4. Deep understanding of investment markets, asset classes, and ESG considerations.
5. Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including MiFID and FCA rules for platform providers.
