🎓 Training: 3 weeks full-time (Mon–Fri) What you'll be doing
1. Taking inbound calls from RAC members looking to renew or discuss their breakdown cover
2. Delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs and retain their membership
3. Promoting the benefits of RAC breakdown Cover and highlighting our value versus competitors
4. Meeting and exceeding performance targets in a fast-paced, supportive environment
5. Keeping accurate records and ensuring every interaction is customer-focused
