You will be responsible for providing day to day support across the CRM ecosystem, supporting colleagues to enhance all areas of CRM, by producing and analysing data and implementing system improvements. We are looking for someone who: Has worked closely with MS Dynamics CRM Can work collaboratively with users and stakeholders to formulate implementation plans Has led and managed the training of users in new IT systems Can analyse datasets and create reports for stakeholders Has experience of user acceptance testing processes Can work with suppliers and internal IT teams to resolve issues We will be reviewing applications as they come in, so please don’t hesitate in applying, as we reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications.
