ROLE: Moves Operative
HOURS: 37.5 hours a week

We're looking for a team member who will ensure all services provided are delivered to agreed service levels in an efficient, professional and customer‑focused way, with a strong emphasis on safety, compliance and customer satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the performance of customers' third‑party suppliers and report any service issues.
2. On occasion, drive a Luton van across the local site.
3. Work with the management team and clients to ensure the best possible service and resolve any concerns.
4. Work safely at all times and identify and escalate potential Health & Safety concerns.
5. Register and process customer requests using multiple IT‑based systems.
6. Perform plant room cleaning duties to standards and frequencies that meet client expectations.
7. Provide a supporting role for multiple Soft Servicing functions.
8. Act as first call on copier and MFD issues; if unable to repair, request an engineer.
9. Maintain toner stock levels for copiers and MFDs.
10. Supply replacement keys from stock or by placing orders.
11. Install furniture from stock and reconfigure office areas.
12. Provide a general stewarding service, including moving surplus equipment around site and collecting boxes for re‑delivery.
Required Qualifications:
13. Full UK driving licence.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus.
15. Basic knowledge of computer software.
